Manufacture & Installation

Every project begins with a detailed site survey and consultation. We assess your ventilation needs, space constraints, and compliance requirements, then produce a tailored design using CAD drawings and DW144-compliant specifications. Whether it’s a single canopy or a full ducting network, your system is engineered for performance, safety, and efficiency.

Once approved, we manufacture your system in-house using high-quality stainless and galvanised steel. Our experienced engineers handle the full installation, ensuring every component is fitted, tested, and compliant with current UK regulations. From first fix to final sign-off, we deliver a seamless, professional service.

Canopy Extraction Zone

Captures steam, smoke and grease directly above cooking lines using integrated baffle filters

Airflow Distribution System

Main ducting system routes extracted air to filtration and discharge, designed to DW144 standards.

Fan & Discharge Point
